  ok lets start off by saying if u want to wait forever for a poorly made product that looks good this is the place to go. I did not have anything really good to say, yes the things I had made look really nice but It was very cheap. the vinyl is very very very thin... I have seen nicer made vinyl that is thick and is really meant to put out side. The vinyl they use is like the stuff you use in a cricket and could buy at craft stores and Not really made for outside. Also They are very slow and many would tell you this. and they dont response to emails and they lie about sending emails. Also if you want b. cards be expecting to wait 3 weeks for cards yes they tell you its 2 week but it ends up being about 3 due to lack of prompt of emails etc. They have poor and I mean poor costumer service. After complaining through emails calls etc they didnt even discount or even help with installment or anything. So like I said if you want cheap poor quality that looks good this is the place to go. thank you
